FounderMatthew hails from Sheffield and, as well as a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service, has an unhealthy obsession with just about all sports and confectionary.
His beloved Sheffield Wednesday FC are a huge source of love, pride and frustration, and he still manages to get around a pitch on a Sunday morning as he careers quickly towards the big 4-0.
Matthew has a strong theatrical background, having trained at the University of Huddersfield and The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, which features heavily in his day to day work.
